the client is seeking an Executive Director to provide leadership and management for its Ronald McDonald House Los Angeles chapter. The Executive Director will serve as a key member of the chapter’s executive leadership team and work in partnership with the Chief Executive Officer and the Program Board of Trustees to drive organizational success.
The role includes ensuring effective program management, overseeing budget and fiscal operations, supervising employees, and advancing resource development and fundraising. The Executive Director will also support marketing efforts, board development, and day-to-day non-profit business operations, helping strengthen impact through strong collaboration and shared purpose.
The organization’s mission centers on removing barriers and providing wrap-around care for families, operating as a “home away from home” for families 24/7. The Executive Director is expected to be a people-centered leader who inspires trust, builds collaboration across families, staff, volunteers, the board, hospital partners, and the broader community, guiding the chapter’s continued service and growth.
