The Executive Director Lived Experience will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure that lived experience, lived expertise, intersectionality, equity, and justice are integrated into all aspects of our client's operations. This includes leading the organization in creating a culture that values and incorporates diverse perspectives, as well as working to ensure that services are delivered in a way that is inclusive and responsive to the needs of all individuals.As a key member of the Executive Team and Senior Leadership Group, the Executive Director will have the opportunity to shape our client's overall strategy and direction, with a focus on promoting organizational transformation, service innovation, and mental health reform. This role offers the chance to have a significant impact on the sector, influencing best practices and driving positive change in the field of mental health through the promotion of lived experience leadership and advocacy for social justice.
