Cenitex is undergoing a transformation to enhance its role as the primary ICT shared services provider for the Victorian Government. The Executive Director, IT Support Services position has been created to support this transformation, with a focus on implementing a plan, build, run operating model to improve enterprise capability and streamline technology service delivery. This role oversees the management of enterprise-wide ICT services, including service management, service desk, security operations, and platform support, to create a cohesive and high-performing operating model.The Executive Director, IT Support Services reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of reliable, responsive, and customer-focused services at scale across the government. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the run of ICT services, driving integration and efficiency to meet the evolving needs of the Victorian Government and its stakeholders.
