The client seeks an Executive Director for a university-wide institute focused on positive aging. The role leads and advances interdisciplinary research, education, and community partnerships centered on aging, lifespan, and healthspan, with an emphasis on building programs and initiatives that can make an impact in the surrounding region and beyond.
Reporting to the Dean and serving as part of the college’s administrative team, the Executive Director will shape and execute the institute’s strategic vision. The position will foster interprofessional collaboration across campus and is expected to build sustainable programs, partnerships, and funding to expand the institute’s reach and influence.
