The Executive Director Financial Services at our client plays a crucial role in shaping the financial strategy of the organization to ensure sustainable, high-quality care for the community. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this position offers the opportunity to align financial leadership with clinical outcomes, community impact, and long-term system sustainability. As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, the Executive Director leads financial strategy, governance, and sustainability, overseeing procurement, business intelligence, and commercial performance.In addition to providing strategic financial analysis and translating complex data for Executive and Board consideration, the Executive Director Financial Services represents our client in regional and system-level forums to contribute to collaboration and future service planning across the Gippsland health system.
