The Executive Director, Financial Services reports to the Associate Vice President, Finance and Operations and is responsible for overseeing core business policies, processes, information systems, and services for the university and its related entities. This includes managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking, expense reimbursement, payroll, research accounting, procurement, and financial reporting. The Executive Director works collaboratively with all areas of the university to ensure that these services meet the needs of the university community.The Executive Director plays a key role in the strategic development and implementation of financial services at the university. They provide support to various departments to ensure that core business policies and processes are effectively implemented and maintained. The Executive Director is responsible for ensuring that financial services are aligned with the overall goals and objectives of the university, and that they comply with relevant regulations and best practices in financial management.
