the client is seeking a dynamic, mission-committed Executive Director to lead the organization into its next chapter of impact. The organization is dedicated to building strength, stability, and self-reliance through affordable homeownership, supporting families and communities by constructing and rehabilitating homes and providing education and ongoing support that helps sustain homeownership.
Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director will serve as the chief executive officer with full accountability for strategic direction, operational excellence, financial health, and organizational culture. The Executive Director will be the foremost champion of the mission and the primary external voice for affordable housing, building on an established foundation that includes a committed team and strong community relationships.
The incoming leader will help drive growth by increasing production, strengthening fundraising, expanding partnerships, ensuring sound fiscal management, and leading a high-performing, mission-driven team. With growing demand for affordable housing and a need to evolve the operating model, the role is expected to shape the organization’s future by accelerating homebuilding, forging innovative collaborations, and advancing new approaches that respond to an increasingly complex housing landscape across the region.
