The Executive Director, Energy Efficiency Target Reform Division is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of policies, regulations, and programs aimed at promoting electrification and achieving energy efficiency and savings for households and businesses in Victoria. This role reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and offers the chance to lead the government's key emissions reduction and energy efficiency initiative, the Victorian Energy Upgrades program. The position involves managing three director-level reports and a team of around forty-five dedicated staff members.The successful candidate will be tasked with setting the strategic direction for the division and ensuring the successful implementation of various initiatives and reforms. They will play a crucial role in driving the government's efforts to reduce emissions and promote energy efficiency across the state.
