Our client is looking for an Executive Director to lead the new Discovery Division, which will oversee existing pilot programs, develop a research function to generate new ideas for ending youth homelessness, and test and implement effective solutions. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader who is committed to the mission of providing every young person with a safe place to call home. They will need to challenge assumptions, drive change, and promote Centrepoint's values both internally and externally.The Executive Director will play a crucial role in orchestrating the adoption of proven solutions to youth homelessness, working towards the goal of ending youth homelessness by 2037. They will need to have the expertise, courage, and commitment to drive change and shape a future where every young person has access to safe housing. This position requires a leader who can inspire and motivate others, while also being able to navigate complex challenges and drive innovation in the fight against youth homelessness.
