The Executive Director position at the Atlantis Community Foundation involves overseeing the client's affordable housing properties and developing new communities in Denver. The Executive Director works closely with the board to secure funding for new housing projects, manage existing properties, and ensure compliance with voucher funding requirements. The role also involves overseeing property management services and support programs provided through third-party contracts.

The Atlantis Community Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to assisting individuals with disabilities in integrating into society by providing accessible and affordable integrated housing. The Foundation currently owns 183 apartment units in 5 properties and is actively expanding its capacity with new construction projects. The Executive Director plays a key role in expanding the client's housing opportunities for Colorado residents facing challenges in accessing affordable and secure homes.

The ideal candidate for the Executive Director position will have experience in affordable housing development, funding acquisition, and team management. The position offers a starting salary range of $140,000 - $160,000, flexible workplace options, medical and dental plans, paid holidays, training opportunities, and more.
