The Executive Director will be a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, working closely with the Board, Head of Data, Head of Science, and Chief of Staff to shape strategy, align resources, drive science forward, and ensure mission delivery. They will also serve as the primary advocate for the organization to external audiences, playing a central role in ensuring financial sustainability and long-term growth. This includes developing creative funding models, building relationships with donors and collaborators, and sustaining momentum through traditional philanthropy and innovative funding sources.The Executive Director must be able to lead considerable and sustainable growth, balancing bold vision with disciplined execution. They will be responsible for cultivating goodwill, strengthening philanthropic interest, and fostering collaborations to sustain and grow the organization's mission. With a collaborative spirit and strong partnership orientation, the Executive Director will help build organizational capacity, optimize operations, and support continued growth and impact.
