ERH is seeking an Executive Director of Community Services to oversee a broad portfolio including Population Health, Aboriginal Health, Primary Mental Health, Community Nursing, Rehabilitation, Allied Health, and other Specialist Services. The EDCS will report to the CEO and be responsible for delivering safe, high-quality, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive services that align with ERH's strategic direction and values, ensuring care is responsive to community needs across various settings.The Executive Director of Community Services will lead a team to provide accessible care within the hospital environment, in the community, at home, and virtually. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience in complex program and service delivery. They will work collaboratively with staff to empower them and strengthen their connection with the community. The EDCS will play a crucial role in supporting the health and wellness of the community by ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality services that meet the diverse needs of the population.
