The Executive Director position is a key leadership role within our client, reporting directly to the board and overseeing four direct reports. This individual will serve as a ministry CEO, providing strategic leadership, managing finances, engaging with the missions community, and leading fundraising efforts. The ideal candidate will possess emotional intelligence, humility, strong relational skills, and a passion for serving global workers, while also having a deep understanding of the counseling model and integrating our client's faith-based perspective.Key expectations for the Executive Director include raising funds for operational and field support, executing initiatives with follow-through, representing our client publicly, and serving as a shepherd for directors. The ideal candidate will have senior nonprofit management experience, a track record in fundraising, familiarity and passion for global missions work, and an appreciation for telehealth and mental health services. This position will be based primarily in Columbia, SC, and will be responsible for sustaining organizational health, supporting growth, and advancing our client's mission of empowering global workers to thrive.
