BRHS is looking for an Executive Director Clinical Care to lead a newly integrated portfolio that includes acute services, quality, community, wellbeing, and aged care. This role will report to the Chief Executive Officer and will be responsible for driving innovation in clinical models, patient flow, and service delivery to ensure safe, high-quality care. The Executive Director will also oversee strategic planning, governance, and operational functions for clinical, community, aged care, and quality services, while fostering a culture of empowerment, psychological safety, and continuous improvement.The successful candidate will support emerging leaders, nurture talent, and ensure cultural safety for all, including First Nations and marginalised communities. This role is pivotal in the transformation of our client, streamlining executive leadership and strengthening partnerships across the Gippsland Health Service Network. The ideal candidate will be a visionary and dynamic leader who can drive positive change and innovation in healthcare delivery, while also promoting a culture of excellence and inclusivity within the organization.
