Financial Management & Operations Oversee the financial management of the organization, including budget development, monitoring, and reporting to ensure fiscal responsibility and sustainability. Work closely with the Board of Directors to develop and implement financial strategies that support the organization's mission and goals. Ensure the effective operation of all aspects of the association, including membership services, events, communications, and administration. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication Build and maintain strong relationships with members, partners, government agencies, and other stakeholders to advance IBTTA's mission and objectives. Serve as the primary spokesperson for the organization, representing IBTTA in public forums, media interviews, and industry events. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to promote transparency, collaboration, and engagement.
