The Executive Director will be responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership to our client, working closely with the Board of Directors and team members to ensure long-term sustainability and increase visibility and impact across the province. They must demonstrate cultural competence, sensitivity, and a commitment to inclusion to effectively serve diverse families and be accountable to funders. Experience in large not-for-profit or government organizations with multiprogram oversight and a strong understanding of early childhood and family needs is preferred, along with a genuine passion for mission-driven work and dedication to our client's mission.The successful candidate will report directly to the Board of Directors and play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of our client. They will work collaboratively with the Board and team to steward long-term sustainability, amplify visibility, and ensure the needs of diverse families are met. The Executive Director must have a proven track record of leadership in similar organizations, a strong understanding of early childhood and family needs, and a commitment to fostering accountability to funders.
