The client’s next Executive Director will lead during a transition period, stepping into an organization with active deals underway and strong external expectations. This role is expected to maintain continuity and provide clarity and support to the team while guiding the organization through its next phase of growth, influence, and impact.
The Executive Director will steward the organization’s established credibility as a trusted public–private partner and an effective problem-solver, ensuring that relationships and ongoing work are handled with care. The position involves leading with strategic judgment and addressing complex challenges to further the client’s housing affordability mission.
