The Executive Director, Workforce position reports to the Group Executive Director, SCSS and is responsible for leading a substantial workforce function that delivers strategic and operational HR services across a diverse health service portfolio. This role involves shaping workforce performance, overseeing workforce strategy, planning, industrial relations, organizational development, and workforce governance. The Executive Director will work closely with the CALHN People & Culture function and the SCSS Executive team to ensure aligned, high-performing workforce practices across five service streams.The ideal candidate for this role is an experienced executive workforce leader with a track record in complex, service-driven organizations. This is a significant executive opportunity to influence the delivery of critical services to the community by working at the intersection of strategy, operations, and stakeholder engagement. The Executive Director, Workforce will play a key role in driving workforce reform, employee relations, capability development, and culture within one of South Australia's most complex health service portfolios.
