Seeking an Executive Director to lead their adult day program, memory care, assisted living, and respite care services in Columbia, MD and Olney, MD. With an annual operating budget of $5M, a staff of 80, and nearly 100 volunteers, Winter Growth offers a unique community-based model that focuses on individual preferences and values, close relationships with staff, and accessible facilities.
The Executive Director will report to the Board of Directors and oversee six key staff members responsible for the day-to-day operations of the centers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for serving seniors, experience in adult residential and day care, and a collaborative leadership style. They will be tasked with leading Winter Growth's strategic direction, maintaining strong relationships with the Board, and ensuring the organization continues to provide outstanding care while also managing the business side effectively.
