The Executive Director will lead all aspects of community operations, aligning with our client's mission, vision, and values. They will bring strategic and operational expertise to build relationships, engage teams, and drive performance. The ED will work closely with the Board to develop and implement strategies for strong operational and financial performance, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and transparent communication. They will set clear goals aligned with organizational priorities and partner with leadership to ensure long-term sustainability and success.Reporting to the COO, the ED will oversee operational and financial performance, establishing expectations, monitoring metrics, and driving continuous improvement. They will manage the budget, monitor financial and operational metrics, and collaborate with sales and marketing to drive occupancy and revenue growth. The ED will support system-wide initiatives, provide updates on performance, identify risks and opportunities, and prioritize resident care, safety, and satisfaction. Additionally, they will focus on staff engagement and professional development to ensure a high standard of care and service.
