The School is seeking an Executive Director, People Strategy to shape and lead a comprehensive people strategy aligned with the school's mission and strategic priorities. Reporting to the Head of School, this role is more than a traditional HR leadership position, offering the opportunity to influence culture, strengthen community, and support a 24/7 boarding environment where staff live and work alongside students. The Executive Director will be responsible for developing and advancing a forward-thinking people strategy that supports recruitment, retention, engagement, and professional growth across the School.As a trusted advisor, the Executive Director will provide strategic insight on organizational design, leadership development, and cultural health, while championing an inclusive, high-performing, and well-supported staff community. Overseeing all human resources functions, the Executive Director will lead initiatives across talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, compensation and benefits, and employee relations, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with both regulatory requirements and the unique dynamics of a residential school environment.
