The Executive Director will be responsible for leading a diverse portfolio of services within a well-established organization, reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the Executive Leadership Team. This role will involve overseeing medico-legal services, membership services, physician support and wellness, and member experience planning and effectiveness. The Executive Director will play a key role in shaping the future direction of how the organization serves and supports physicians across Canada, with a focus on challenging traditional delivery methods, utilizing data and digital capabilities, and ensuring sustainability for the future.The successful candidate will have the opportunity to build upon our client's strong foundation of member experience and high levels of member satisfaction.
