The Executive Director, Member Engagement will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the value and experience of our client's global membership. This includes overseeing membership initiatives, volunteer networks, and supporting the boards of both the CII and Personal Finance Society. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that members feel supported, connected, and proud to be part of their professional community.As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, the Executive Director will lead efforts to strengthen our client's influence and engagement with members both in the UK and internationally. They will be tasked with delivering high-quality engagement across professional communities, driving our client's membership strategy, and fostering a sense of belonging among members. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in membership management, strategic planning, and leadership, with a passion for building strong relationships and enhancing the member experience.
