The Executive Director of Employee Services will be responsible for managing payroll, employee records, benefits, and workforce management services across multiple health authorities. Reporting to the Vice President of Finance and Business Operations and Chief Financial Officer, the ED will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of employee services within the organization.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll, employee benefits, and workforce management services, with experience working in a complex organizational structure. They will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.
