Seeking an Executive Dean for Learning and Teaching to join their team at either the Tower Hill or Aldgate campuses in London. LCCA is a creative institution offering undergraduate and postgraduate programs in fashion, graphic design, business management, and hospitality. With plans for new campuses and an increase in student numbers, this is an exciting time to join the Senior Team at LCCA. The Executive Dean will report to the Provost and lead the strategic delivery of educational priorities, ensuring a high-quality academic experience aligned with regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate will be an accomplished academic leader with experience at Dean or Director level, with a focus on enhancing teaching, learning, and assessment across the institution. They will be responsible for driving excellence in academic staff development, curriculum innovation, and quality enhancement. Experience in managing institutional growth, organizational change, and working with regulatory bodies such as OfS, QAA, and UKVI is essential. A commitment to inclusive, student-centered education and a track record in applied research and publication in pedagogy or HE Learning and Teaching would be desirable for this role.
