The Executive Dean position is responsible for providing strategic leadership in education, research, innovation, and knowledge exchange within a large and complex College. The successful candidate will be tasked with ensuring excellence in student experience, staff performance, financial sustainability, and the delivery of the University Strategy 2030. As a member of the University Executive Board, the Executive Dean will also play a key role in championing the institution's civic mission and serving as a visible ambassador for our client both regionally and globally.The ideal candidate for this role will possess strong leadership skills, a track record of success in higher education, and a commitment to promoting excellence in all aspects of academic life. They will be expected to drive forward the College's development and contribute to the overall strategic direction of the University.
