the client is seeking an Executive Dean for the Faculty of Engineering and Information Sciences, responsible for comprehensive strategic and operational leadership. This role reports to the Provost and sits on the Vice-Chancellor’s senior executive team, working in alignment with the organization’s strategic plan.
The Executive Dean will provide senior academic leadership and is expected to have a strong international research profile. The role involves leading across disciplines, advancing teaching quality and student outcomes, and building effective partnerships with industry and government. An entrepreneurial approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities across education, research, and engagement, including domestic and international activities, is important.
