The next EVP, ICD will oversee the development and implementation of a comprehensive strategy for integrated care delivery at our client, with a primary goal of delivering high-value care and promoting sustainable growth. This individual will work closely with various stakeholders, including the CEO, executive leadership team, hospital operations leadership, and medical group leadership, to drive collaboration, innovation, and excellence throughout the organization. The EVP will be responsible for managing a balanced portfolio of capitated, risk-based, and fee-for-service models in partnership with our client's medical groups to ensure the delivery of quality care to patients.The successful candidate will have a strong background in healthcare leadership, with experience in developing and executing strategic plans for integrated care delivery.
