A comprehensive understanding of all business facets is essential, with the capability to challenge commercial operations and reinvent strategies in a competitive market. Applicants should have at least 15 years of experience in marketing roles within multinational FMCG companies, including significant work on strategic and innovation projects. Proficiency in the food sector is sought after, along with a growth mindset focused on quick wins and long-term reinvention to outperform competitors.
