We are seeking an Epic Revenue Cycle Analytics Associate Director to support a remote, commercial health revenue cycle technology and analytics initiative focused on Epic revenue cycle performance. The role supports hospital billing optimization, reporting enablement, KPI definition, and executive decision support across the end-to-end analytics and implementation lifecycle, including dashboard and reporting readiness, baseline analysis, go-live readiness, and post-live stabilization.
The Associate Director will lead workstreams across Epic revenue cycle technology and analytics, partnering with client executives, operational leaders, IT teams, reporting analysts, and revenue cycle stakeholders. Responsibilities include defining KPI logic and reporting requirements, establishing baseline assumptions and performance monitoring frameworks, translating revenue cycle data and workflow gaps into actionable recommendations, and supporting Epic revenue cycle implementation, optimization, transition, and command-center style monitoring activities.
The ideal candidate has strong experience with Epic revenue cycle and healthcare revenue cycle analytics, including hospital billing and professional billing domains such as claims, denials, charge capture, reimbursement, AR, revenue integrity, and patient financial services workflows. Required qualifications include the ability to define KPIs and dashboard/reporting measures, lead workstreams and deliverables, communicate effectively with diverse executive and operational audiences, and deliver client-facing presentations and status updates; experience with Epic billing modules and common reporting and analytics tools is highly preferred, along with consulting experience and mentoring of consultants or analysts.
