The client is an established technology business entering an exciting phase of growth across the United States, building a stronger enterprise customer portfolio. As part of this expansion, The client is seeking an Enterprise Account Director to shape how it develops, grows, and retains strategic enterprise relationships across the US. This role will not only manage commercial outcomes for existing customers but also help influence and build the company’s approach to the US market.
The Enterprise Account Director will own and develop commercial relationships across a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers, driving renewals, expansion, and long-term account growth. Responsibilities include developing strategic account plans that align cross-functional teams across Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing around shared customer objectives; converting successful pilots and proofs of concept into large-scale enterprise deployments with meaningful recurring revenue potential; and leading executive-level business reviews to demonstrate customer value and identify further growth opportunities. The role also involves building trusted, long-term relationships with senior and executive stakeholders, deeply understanding customer business challenges and strategic objectives, and using those insights to inform internal product development and US market priorities.
The client expects significant experience managing and growing large enterprise SaaS accounts, ideally with demonstrable success converting pilots or proofs of concept into substantial enterprise-wide partnerships. Additional expectations include experience contributing to the growth and scaling of a SaaS business in a high-growth or international expansion environment, with strong familiarity with how large enterprise organizations evaluate, purchase, and implement technology. Preferred alignment includes utilities or critical infrastructure sector experience, strong ability to navigate complex organizations with multiple decision-makers, data-driven account planning and renewals management, and effective collaboration across cross-functional teams and international stakeholders across time zones, along with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-evolving environment.
