The client is expanding their team in Zurich and seeking a Philanthropic Partnerships Officer to join their fundraising team. Responsibilities include researching and applying for funding, managing donor relationships, maintaining the donor CRM system, and developing fundraising campaigns.
The ideal candidate works in a structured, analytical, and process-oriented manner, while also building strong relationships with funding partners. They should be able to translate complex content for different audiences, work comfortably with numbers and data analysis, conduct thorough research, and meet deadlines reliably. Experience in fundraising, sales, project management, or strategic communications is advantageous but not required.
