Our client is looking for two Education Consultants Wellbeing to join their Student Services team. The role involves leading wellbeing and anti-bullying initiatives, providing guidance to school leaders on whole-school approaches, and designing professional learning for staff on wellbeing frameworks and positive classroom practices. The Education Consultants will play a key role in enhancing student wellbeing and inclusive education in the independent school sector by providing support on academic, behavioral, and mental health needs, as well as contributing to strategic projects within the Student Services portfolio.The successful candidates will be responsible for facilitating attendance planning processes, offering responsive support to schools on student matters, and leading strategic conversations with school leaders. They will also be expected to design and deliver high-quality professional learning sessions for staff, focusing on social-emotional learning and wellbeing frameworks. Overall, the Education Consultants Wellbeing will play a crucial role in strengthening student wellbeing and promoting inclusive education practices within independent schools in NSW.
