The client is seeking an Ecommerce Director to lead growth of the Ecommerce business for the Americas region. The role will analyze market trends and customer/consumer insights to propose ideas and drive sales, and will oversee marketing budget and spend monitoring across countries as well as distribution updates.
Key responsibilities include tracking and following up on major product launches and activities, using launch results to shape launch plans and activation strategies, and managing product forecasts. The director will gather and analyze clients’ monthly sales and activity reports, provide comments and action plans to the team, develop merchandising guidelines adapted to relevant markets, and update regional marketing launch plans and global marketing activity reporting.
The role will support the Americas operational marketing function by contributing to media strategy and implementation, coordinating US COOP merchandising/animation ideas, and facilitating trade marketing and media activations with internal and external cross-functional partners. It will also handle market-specific requests for distributors and US retailers, including presentations, new product materials, merchandising and visual requests, and training assets. Requirements include at least 3–5 years of experience on Amazon Vendor Central or other ecommerce marketplaces, strong knowledge of ecommerce operations and Amazon catalog/content/advertising management, solid Excel and PowerPoint skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and multi-task in a fast-paced environment; premium beauty experience may be a plus.
