the client is seeking a Division Head of Neuroradiology to lead a growing, high-impact academic program within a premier pediatric health system. The Division Head will provide strategic and operational leadership across clinical care, research, and education, ensuring alignment with departmental and institutional priorities. This highly visible leadership role will help shape the future of pediatric neuroradiology and elevate the division’s national presence.
Reporting to the Chair of Medical Imaging, the Division Head will oversee clinical operations, faculty recruitment and development, research direction, and fellowship training. In partnership with administrative and clinical leaders, the role will support program growth, financial performance, access, and innovation, including expansion of advanced imaging capabilities and improved multidisciplinary collaboration. A key focus will be strengthening relationships across neuroscience service lines such as epilepsy, neuro-oncology, and neurovascular programs, and integrating neuroradiology into complex care pathways and translational research efforts.
The Division provides comprehensive, state-of-the-art imaging for pediatric neurologic conditions, including MRI, CT, and functional imaging, with protocols designed to optimize diagnostic accuracy while prioritizing patient safety. The team includes seven pediatric neuroradiologists and collaborates with multidisciplinary programs, supported by dedicated 3D imaging post-processing capabilities and robust clinical infrastructure across inpatient and outpatient settings, including specialized pediatric sedation and anesthesia services. The ideal candidate is an accomplished academic pediatric neuroradiologist with a record of clinical excellence, scholarly achievement, and progressive leadership within a complex academic medical environment.
