The client is recruiting newly created, high-impact leadership roles within its global management consulting team, based in Singapore and working across global and regional teams. Reporting into key partners in the region, the roles will help build, shape, and deliver The client’s advisory proposition across workforce transformation, AI-enabled insights, M&A support, and executive compensation strategy for clients navigating growth and change.
Key responsibilities include leading and supporting client-facing account management, project management, and delivery, in collaboration with practice areas and project teams. The roles will deliver advisory engagements spanning AI-driven workforce transformation, M&A and integration, executive compensation, and organizational effectiveness, including redesigning workforce strategies in the context of automation and evolving skills, supporting HR due diligence and post-merger integration, advising boards and investors on performance-aligned compensation structures, and strengthening leadership capability and organizational design to enable high-performance cultures.
The role is highly commercial and client-facing, requiring close collaboration with senior stakeholders such as C-suite executives, boards, and private equity investors. The client expects contributors to participate in business development and thought leadership, leverage data, advanced analytics, digital tools, and AI-enabled platforms to deliver insight-led solutions, and support predictive decision-making related to talent, workforce planning, and rewards. The ideal candidate will typically have a strong track record from matrix professional services environments or relevant large-scale transformation experience, with essential experience across one or more of workforce transformation, M&A advisory, and executive compensation consulting, along with exposure to AI- or digital-transformation initiatives, and prior experience living and working in Singapore with broader international experience advantageous.
