The client is seeking a senior consulting professional to join newly created, high-impact leadership team roles within multiple practice areas, including workforce transformation, AI, M&A, and executive compensation consulting. Based in Singapore, this role works closely with global and regional teams and reports into senior partners in the region, contributing to the development and delivery of the firm’s advisory proposition across complex, matrixed engagements.
The selected candidate will lead client-facing account management, project management, and delivery for advisory engagements across AI-enabled workforce transformation, M&A and integration support, executive compensation, and organizational effectiveness. Responsibilities include partnering with clients to redesign workforce strategies in the context of automation and evolving skills, supporting HR due diligence and post-merger integration, advising boards and investors on performance-aligned compensation structures, and strengthening leadership capability and organizational design to enable high-performance cultures. The role is highly commercial and expected to include collaboration with senior stakeholders, as well as contributions to business development and thought leadership.
The client is investing in data, advanced analytics, digital tools, and AI-enabled platforms, and this role is expected to leverage these technologies to deliver differentiated, insight-led solutions for predictive and strategic decision-making around talent, workforce planning, and rewards. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record from comparable matrix professional services environments or a large-scale in-house transformation role, with essential experience across workforce transformation, M&A advisory, and executive compensation consulting, as well as exposure to AI- or digital transformation initiatives. Prior experience living and working in Singapore is expected, with broader international experience advantageous.
