The Director, Valuation will be responsible for developing our client's valuation business, focusing on both commercial success and maintaining high quality standards. This role involves leading and developing the valuation department, coaching team members, recruiting new talent, and effectively managing resources across projects. The Director will drive business development, generate assignments through various channels, and actively promote our client's broader service offerings locally and globally.In addition to leading complex valuation assignments related to M&A transactions, disputes, tax purposes, and accounting matters, the Director will also play a key role in developing assignment strategies, providing senior-level financial and strategic advice, and representing the valuation department internally and externally. Based in Stockholm, this position will collaborate closely with Deals partners and specialists across our client's global network, with a focus on business growth, profitability, and the continuous improvement of the department's offering, methodology, and internal processes.
