The Director position is a hands-on role within a team of around 25 individuals. The Director will be responsible for setting the artistic vision, leading exhibitions, and overseeing learning programs. Additionally, the Director will be in charge of all fundraising efforts and will work closely with a Deputy Director who manages finance, operations, and commercial activities.
