SCC is seeking a Director, Transformation to lead critical initiatives approved by the Senior Management Committee, such as the Business Model Review and Service Delivery Modernization. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Director will drive organization-wide alignment, strengthen governance, and ensure cohesive execution across branches. Working closely with various leadership teams, the Director will establish frameworks and roadmaps to enable successful transformation outcomes and support accountability at all levels of the organization. As a trusted advisor to the CEO, the Director will provide counsel on transformation opportunities, implementation risks, and strategic priorities, leading complex initiatives that advance SCC's strategic direction and foster organizational agility.The Director will champion innovation and collaboration across SCC, helping teams navigate change and identify opportunities to strengthen organizational effectiveness and revenue diversification. Leading cross-functional teams, the Director will build support for change initiatives and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and forward-thinking leadership. This role also includes direct leadership responsibility for the Manager, Strategic Initiatives and Innovation, ensuring successful implementation of transformation initiatives.
