Shannex is looking for a Director of Talent & HR Strategy to oversee recruitment efforts and enhance the candidate experience within the organization. This role involves leading a team of 15+ employees across multiple provinces, focusing on meeting immediate recruitment and retention goals while also developing long-term strategies to support future growth. The Director will report to the Vice President, People and Culture, and will be responsible for building relationships with community partners, educational institutions, and immigration partners to ensure a strong talent pipeline.Based at the head office in Bedford, Nova Scotia, the Director of Talent & HR Strategy will play a key role in shaping the employer brand, value proposition, and strategic sourcing strategies for the organization.
