The SPH Wealth Board is currently in a growth phase and is looking to appoint new executive members to refresh the board. As a shareholder, Rata has the ability to appoint two directors, including the vacancy being advertised. The Board meets formally six times a year, both in person in Auckland and online, with additional subcommittees also in place. Directors will receive an annual fee of $60,000 for a three-year term.The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in the financial industry and a strong understanding of wealth management. They should have a strategic mindset and be able to contribute to the growth and development of the Board. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with other board members and stakeholders.
