The Director will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of strategies to enhance specialty pharmacy services for our client. They will work closely with the Senior Director to ensure alignment with the overall vision and goals for medication access, patient engagement, and therapeutic management. The Director will lead a team of professionals to drive innovation and improve the quality of care for patients receiving specialty medications.Additionally, the Director will collaborate with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and expansion of specialty pharmacy services. They will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with external partners, vendors, and industry experts to stay current on best practices and trends in specialty pharmacy. The Director will also be tasked with monitoring and evaluating the performance of specialty pharmacy programs to ensure they are meeting the needs of patients and achieving desired outcomes.
