The Director of Medical Simulation in Saginaw, Michigan will be responsible for overseeing all activities within the Simulation Center at Covenant Healthcare. This role requires collaboration with staff, faculty, and administrators to develop and maintain the medical education program at the client College of Medicine. The successful candidate must be a board-certified M.D. or D.O. with certifications in various medical training programs and experience in medical education. Knowledge of curriculum design, surgical skills, and simulation technologies is highly desired.

The client, in partnership with Covenant HealthCare and MyMichigan Medical Center Saginaw, leads the Central Michigan University College of Medicine's residency and fellowship programs. This consortium focuses on advancing graduate medical education, patient care, and community health in mid- and northern Michigan. The client provides comprehensive clinical experiences at teaching hospitals and clinical affiliates, along with state-of-the-art facilities like the Covenant HealthCare Simulation Center for hands-on training.
