The Director of Sales and Marketing will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and will be responsible for leading the global commercial strategy for our client's MEMS product portfolio. This includes driving revenue growth, developing strategic customer relationships, and building a scalable commercial infrastructure to support the company's expansion. The Director will manage a growing sales team, handle pricing and contract negotiations, and collaborate with engineering and product leadership to create market value propositions.As a key member of the leadership team, the Director will represent the company in executive-level customer engagements, industry forums, and global trade events. They will also work to align commercial strategy with our client's evolving product roadmap.
