Our client is looking for a Director for their Foundation who will be responsible for leading the strategic priorities, fundraising performance, marketing, and advocacy activities. This individual will work closely with the Chief Corporate Officer, Executive, Board, and Foundation Committee to ensure that fundraising outcomes have a meaningful impact on patients, research, and healthcare innovation. The Director will serve as the principal ambassador for philanthropy across the organization and will be tasked with building a high-performing, engaged, and capable team to lead the Foundation's fundraising, marketing, and stakeholder engagement activities.Reporting to the Chief Corporate Officer, the Director will have the opportunity to shape the future contribution of the Foundation and establish a sustainable platform for long-term growth. Key priorities for this role include strengthening the Foundation's profile, reputation, and influence both internally and externally, diversifying revenue streams, and expanding philanthropic reach through major gifts, corporate and community partnerships, and strategic stakeholder engagement.
