Our client is seeking a Director for the Public Prosecution Service, responsible for upholding justice, equity, and the rule of law in the province. Reporting to the Attorney General, the Director will lead the organization with strategic vision, legal expertise, and a focus on system-wide thinking and proactive engagement. The role involves managing human resources, financial operations, and ensuring alignment with government policies and regulatory standards.The Director will oversee Crown Attorneys and their teams, driving performance, fostering cohesion, and providing timely, constitutionally sound guidance to law enforcement. Collaboration with key partners across the criminal justice system and government, as well as with diverse communities, will be essential to ensure fairness, consistency, transparency, and community trust in PPS operations.
