The client is seeking a Director, People Experience to serve as a strategic advisor and enterprise people experience leader, reporting to the Vice President for Talent & Human Resources (THR). In this senior THR generalist role, the Director will help lead, innovate, and influence with a people-centered focus on improving internal employee experiences, engagement strategies, and evolving workforce needs, in alignment with the organization’s strategic goals and ends.
The Director will connect employee insights, organizational diagnostics, THR programs and policies, technology, relevant trends, and enterprise priorities across the employee lifecycle. Working in partnership with organizational leaders and the THR leadership team, the Director will provide broad HR guidance, strengthen manager and team capability, lead enterprise people experience strategies, and coordinate cross-functional THR initiatives to support an engaged, high-performing, and diverse workforce.
The role is expected to apply an HR business partner mindset by building trusted relationships, diagnosing organizational needs, connecting leaders and teams to appropriate THR expertise, and translating business priorities into practical people strategies and future-ready solutions.
