Description

The Director of People + Culture will report directly to the CEO/President and will lead a team responsible for various HR functions. This individual will work closely with the Executive Team, senior leaders, and the HR + Governance Committee of the Board to oversee compensation, payroll, benefits, and learning functions. The Director will also support initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational cohesion, staff experience, and cross-department alignment.In addition to providing strategic and operational leadership across all people-focused functions, the Director will ensure that HR practices, policies, and programs promote an inclusive, equitable, and high-performing organizational culture. This role will encompass overseeing recruitment, payroll, compensation, employee relations, organizational development, and JEDI integration, while guiding the development of people-centered strategies that enhance engagement, belonging, and alignment with the organization's mission and values. The Director will play a key role in building and sustaining people-centered systems, fostering an inclusive and psychologically safe culture, and ensuring that People + Culture practices align with the organization's commitment to equity, integrity, and organizational wellbeing.
