Our client is looking for an experienced executive to fill the role of Director People and Culture. This position is crucial in shaping the workforce, culture, and organizational capability needed to support the organization's growth and impact in the community. Reporting directly to the CEO and serving on the Executive Team, the Director People and Culture will play a key role in developing workforce strategy, organizational development, employee relations, and more.The successful candidate will lead the People & Culture function for a workforce of around 1,100 employees, working closely with leaders across the organization to strengthen workforce sustainability, build leadership capability, and enhance organizational performance. This role is essential in ensuring that our client remains well-positioned to meet changing workforce, regulatory, and community expectations.
